苹果树腐烂病菌对乙蒜素的敏感性分析

Sensitivity analysis of Valsa mali to ethylicin

  • 摘要: 为明确苹果树腐烂病菌Valsa mali对乙蒜素的敏感性,采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了来自中国7个省份和7个不同年份的108株腐烂病菌对乙蒜素的敏感性,并建立了敏感基线。结果表明,供试菌株对乙蒜素的EC50分布范围为3.602 3~55.728 3 μg/mL,敏感性频率分布呈连续性单峰曲线。经K-S法检验符合正态分布,未发现敏感性显著下降的抗性群体,平均EC50(17.242 1±0.929 2) μg/mL,可作为苹果树腐烂病菌对乙蒜素的敏感基线。分析发现,不同地理来源的菌株对乙蒜素敏感性存在一定差异,来自河南省的菌株敏感性最高,山西省的菌株敏感性最低;不同年份供试菌株的敏感性未呈现随年份变化的明显规律,推测苹果树腐烂病菌对乙蒜素仍处于敏感种群阶段。研究结果为乙蒜素的科学应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To confirm the sensitivity of Valsa mali to ethylicin, the sensitivity baseline was established by measuring the mycelial growth of 108 isolates collected from seven provinces of China in seven different years on the media supplemented with series of ethylicin concentrations. The results indicated that 50% effective concentration (EC50) values ranged from 3.6023 to 55.7283 μg/mL. Sensitivity frequency distribution showed a continuous single peak curve, presenting a normal distribution. No resistant strain to ethylicin was found in the tested isolates, and the average EC50 value (17.242 1±0.929 2) μg/mL could be the sensitivity baseline of V. mali to ethylicin based on analyzed results by K-S method. The isolates collected from different regions showed different sensitivities. The sensitivity of V. mali from Henan Province was the highest, while that from Shanxi Province was the lowest. The sensitivity of tested strains in different years did not show an obvious pattern of change with the years, suggesting that V. mali is still in a sensitive population stage to ethylicin. The results provide important guidance for the scientific application of ethylicin.
